Paul Teutul Sr. and his sons, Paul Jr. and Mikey are back along with old and new faces, as Orange County Choppers expands to meet the demand for the sickest custom motorcycles around. Follow this creative, yet explosive team as they battle tight deadlines (and each other!) to come up with innovative ways to take motorcycle design and fabrication to the next level.

After a visit to a Florida 'gator farm to wrestle these amazing reptiles and enjoy the winter sun, it's back to the cold reality of winter in New York. Paul Jr. starts to design a custom chopper to honour New York City's greatest heroes; its firemen and women.

As the deadline approaches, progress on the Firebike does not proceed as quickly as Paul Sr. would like and his temper flares; fortunately Paul Jr.'s creative struggles are solved after a visit to a local fire station.
